Director
Bridget is a past Director of a large research facility. She is responsible for the overall management of the Centre ensuring the horses receive the required attention to improve recovery time after injury and surgical procedures.

John Drew
BVetMed MRCVS
Director & Resident Veterinary Surgeon
John qualified from London and has spent the majority of his working life in mixed practice with a substantial equine component. He has recently retired from practice and has become involved in racing as an owner and breeder.

Emma Mansfield
Yard Manager
Emma gained her National Certificate in horse management at Kingston Maurward College and has over 10 years experience working with competition horses, managing a busy team and handling difficult horses. She is responsible for day to day supervision of the yard.

Neil Mansfield
Stud Groom
Neil trained at Catherston Stud in the care and management of mares, stallions and young stock gaining his Stage 4. He has over 15 years experience in foaling down mares and stud work. He has lectured in Stud Management at Writtle College.

Gill Drew BHSI
Instructor
Gill is a list 1 dressage judge, international eventing judge and until recently was a BHS examiner up to Stage 4. Gill is responsible for providing staff training and advice with re-schooling of the racehorses.
